Electric scooter was delivered today the package was complete, I am really happy except that the one battery charger unfortunately does not work. One charger lights up green even when I connect to charge the battery. Even when I try to switch to the other charging socket. When I switch to the other charger, it lights up red when I connect to charge the battery. When I connect one charger to charge the battery, the charger should glow red, but it still glows green. Please I want an answer from suport asap?

Assassin90 I just got my scooter yesterday and both of my chargers are flashing red then green and the charger fan keeps turning off & on with the red light , did you get your issue resolved ?
